What we expect
- An active Idaho real estate license, held with REAL Broker LLC.
- A response to every lead within our two-hour response SLA.
- The designation for your specialty within six months of joining.
- A current CRM and participation in team training.
This is an independent contractor position, paid by commission at closing.

Do I need a license?
Yes. Every role requires an active Idaho real estate license held with REAL Broker LLC.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Your sphere is yours.
Is there a salary?
No. Agents are independent contractors paid by commission.
